What insurance companies do you accept and are in network with?

We are currently contracted with Aetna; Cigna; Optum and United plans, and Medicaid/Husky. In process of credentialing with Anthem.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA, and checks. No cash at this time.

Do you offer in person visits and/or video/telehealth appointments?

We currently offer both in person visits as well as telehealth visits; whatever is best for you.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment?

We require 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment as our therapists have full schedules. Letting us know in advance of the 24-hour notice, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Less than 24-hour notice or failing to inform us that you will not be attending/no show will result in a fee outlined in your consent form that is not covered by your insurance.
